Installing HOA GO - Mobile

HOA GO is installed on your mobile device just as you would any mobile app.

If your HOA does not hold an active license for HOA GO, you will not be able to use HOA GO. Contact us for licensing information about using HOA GO in your community.

Installing HOA GO - Desktop

HOA GO is also available as a desktop app. You can download it on your Windows or Mac computer.

To install HOA GO on your Macintosh computer, unzip the downloaded file and double-click HOA GO.app.

To install HOA GO on your Windows computer, unzip the downloaded file and double-click HOA GO.EXE.

NOTE: Be sure to unzip the file. Do not run HOA GO without unzipping the file.

An Important Note About HOA GO For Desktop

HOA GO is designed to be a mobile app. It utilizes push messaging. Therefore, some messages will not be received on the desktop version. The desktop version is provided mainly as a tool to imput and edit data. The desktop version should NOT be a replacement for the mobile app.
